Chef Kelly Lee

Chef Kelly Lee was a graduate of At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy with a Diploma in Culinary Craft & Service Excellence. 

Chef Gn Ying Wei

Chef Ying Wei, a returning Chef Instructor for the Pastry & Bakery Department has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of London and a Diplome de Patisserie from Le Cordon Bleu in Paris.
