Chef Joe Leong

Growing up among chefs, Chef Joe started his culinary journey at 17 under the guidance of his father. Chef Joe apprenticed at traditional and avant-garde establishments to acquire the skills of creating fine pastries. 

Chef Juliana Ng

Chef Juliana one of V-ZUG Gourmet Academy's rising star who was a Chef De Partie at Coriander Leaf where she gained insights on Pan-Asian cooking and natural flavouring techniques.
