The incredible versatile Eric Neo is an expert in Cantonese, Western, Peranakan, Malay and Singaporean cuisine. His strength and experience in the kitchen has led him to helm the restaurants at Marina Mandarin Hotel and Crowne Plaza Changi Airport, before becoming the youngest international hotel executive chef at the age of 30, when he joined Intercontinental Hotel in 2011.

Mixologist / Bartender: Peter Chua

A staple in the Singapore bartending scene, Peter Chua carved his teeth as an opening member of the world-ranked 28 HongKong St. and Spirits Journeyman at Proof & Company.

With 18 years in the industry, Charmaine Yee is a media personality who is comfortable on-air, on screen and on stage. Charmaine’s presence can be felt across radio, TV, events and as a Communication Coach.

Overview

Chef Eric Neo shows you the ropes as he builds on the heady flavours of a slow-cooked ayam buah keluak with a luxurious (large) dash of Cordon Bleu for a dish layered with rich elements. Wash this down with a brightly refreshing cocktail made from Martell’s Noblige, concocted by the ever charismatic Peter Chua of Nemesis. Class may contain humour after chef and bartender have had a few 'tasting' shots.
