Chef Eric Neo
The incredible versatile Eric Neo is an expert in Cantonese, Western, Peranakan, Malay and Singaporean cuisine. His strength and experience in the kitchen has led him to helm the restaurants at Marina Mandarin Hotel and Crowne Plaza Changi Airport, before becoming the youngest international hotel executive chef at the age of 30, when he joined Intercontinental Hotel in 2011. Besides overseeing its famous food establishments such as the acclaimed Man Fu Yuan, he is also the current President of the Singapore Chefs Association and a regular celebrity, appearing on local cooking shows whilst mentoring young talents in the food scene. In the kitchen, he ensures that his personal touch – cooking premium ingredients with minimal fuss – is in every dish that’s served.
