Growing up in the family business, Ariff Zin learned his craft from his Mother and other relatives who specialized in traditional Minangkabau food. It was his love and curiosity of different cultures that truly expanded his palate.
Having graduated from Culinary Institute of America in 2016, he was given those opportunities to taste, prepare dishes from many places and surround himself with new skills, ingredients and experiences that he will treasure for a long time. Peace out.
