How long can I accumulate points and when will I be contacted if I win?

You can earn the Singapore Food Festival Passport Points from 12 August to 17 September. Winners will be contacted via email one week from the close of Singapore Food Festival accumulation, on 24 September.

What is the age requirement to participate in the event?

All Virtual Masterclasses will be made available for public viewing. However, activities that contain alcoholic beverages during the festival will only be available for participants aged 18 and above. 

Where are the workshops and exclusive experiences conducted?

Workshops and exlcusive experiences will be conducted at various partner locations with details within the event listing. You may find them here.

What can I expect for the workshops and exclusive experiences?

Singapore Food Festival is collaborating with partners such as V-ZUG, WellSpent at Sunrice and CapitaLand to bring you several enriching and exclusive workshops demonstrating exclusive Singapore Food Festival dishes!
Each class will take approximately 1 - 2 hours filled with local heritage bites such as Ang Ku Kueh, Siew Mai and Moromi Mala Tofu Stew!

In addition, several unique experiences curated wth our partner Klook are sure to satisfy your travelling tastebuds, as we bring you on heritage tours, activities and city walks like you've never experienced before!

What do I do if I missed my workshop or exclusive experience booking?

The Singapore Food Festival is not liable for refunds, cancellations and missed bookings. You may refer to the individual workshop partners' Terms & Conditions. Alternatively, you may contact the individual partners for assistance.

How much will the delivery be? How is my delivery fee calculated?

Masterclass food items, dishes, merchandise and F&B items are prepared in several separate locations - our venue partner The Refectory and other partner kitchens. As such, this may result in additional delivery charges should customers mix-and-match items across different delivery dates and times in their cart when they checkout.

All Paid Masterclass items have a $15 delivery charge.
Deliveries from The Refectory are priced at $15 / order.
Deliveries from Partner Kitchens are priced at $15 / order.

Deliveries from Durian Edition are priced at $15 / order.
Do note that deliveries to areas located in Sentosa cost $25 / order.

If you wish to combine your Paid Masterclass Item with other items in your order to be delivered at the same time, please complete your order first, your delivery fee will be adjusted and refunded to you automatically within 2 days.

Is there a minimum amount that I have to order? 

There is no minimum amount that you have to order.

What should I do if I am unwell for the event?

If you have any of the following symptoms: Fever, Shortness of breath or other respiratory symptoms such as Cough, Sore Throat or Runny nose, please do not attend any of the festival activities. If any of these symptoms exist, we recommend you to get COVID tested and seek medical help immediately. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions

What are the safety regulations in place to prevent the spread of the virus?

The Singapore Food Festival will be enforcing the use of Safe Entry check-in via Tracetogether for contact tracing. Participants are advised to practice good hygiene practices such as washing your hands frequently. Cleaning and disinfection will be done frequently in accordance with NEA's guidelines. Please note that it is mandatory for all participants to wear a mask during any of the festival activities. Diners may remove their masks during meals but must put them back on after.

If you are feeling unwell, do not attend any of the festival activities and seek medical attention. 

What is the refund and return policy?

Unfortunately, the Singapore Food Festival is unable to provide returns and refunds for any purchases. However, you may refer to our partners.

How do I sign up for a paid masterclass?

When can I expect my order for Food Kits to arrive?

Deliveries for food kits will arrive 2 days before the class date. Combining items from other classes will result in separate delivery dates and fees.

Atome

How much do I have to spend to pay with Atome?

Spend a minimum of $10 to pay with Atome. To find out more about Atome, click here.

Why does Atome require my personal details for payment?

Atome is a third party payment processor of the Singapore Food Festival. Usage of Atome payment on checkout will be subjected to terms and conditions as per dictated and required by Atome.

Delivery

How long does delivery take? When can I expect my orders to reach me after I order?

All orders are subject to availability. If you are unable to make an order and check-out, it may be due to the item being sold out at this point.

Orders will arrive at your chosen address according to the scheduled delivery timing you have chosen.

Please note that masterclass food kits that are meant for cookalongs are only available for pre-order for slots two days prior to the masterclass date. 

What do I do if my delivery is late?

Ordering

When are the cooking kits and ready to eat meals prepared?

Local orders will be consolidated and prepared in our central kitchen at The Refectory and the individual partner kitchens. Once they are ready, they will be sent out and delivered to your doorstep!

Will I receive an email confirmation upon a successful order?

Yes, you will receive an email confirmation. The email may end up in your spam box so do check that folder if you have not received any confirmation email from us.

How can I enjoy the UOB double point perk?

If you are a UOB cardholder, make payment using your UOB card and double the Singapore Food Festival Passport Points that you earn for your transaction! Simply input the first 6 digits of your UOB card into the discount code box upon check-out to enjoy double the Singapore Food Festival Passport points for each transaction you make.

Can I place my orders in advance?

All orders are subject to availability. If you are unable to make an order and check-out, it may be due to the item being sold out at this point.

You may choose to order from 12 August 2021 onwards, everyday from 9am to 9pm with a delivery window period from 25 August 2021 to 19th September depending on the availability of the items.

Please note that masterclass food kits that are meant for cookalongs are only available for pre-order for slots two days prior to the masterclass date.

What methods of payment does Singapore Food Festival accept? Is cash-on-delivery accepted?

All major credit cards (Visa / Mastercard / Amex) are accepted. Strictly no cash-on-delivery. Make payment with your UOB card and double the Singapore Food Festival Passport Points that you earn for your transaction.

That's not all, you may also choose to buy now and pay later with Atome to get $10 off every transaction worth $40 minimum spend for new Atome Sign ups from August 12. Also enjoy 10% off every transaction worth $100 min. from 27 August for all Atome users.*

Can I cancel or remove items from my order after it has been submitted?

No cancellations or item removals will be accepted once orders have been submitted.

What is the expiry date of the hot food items?

Please consume all hot food items within 4 hours upon delivery.
