Kopi Socks to Cold Brew by Wanderlust Hotel (An Airbnb Experience)

Calling all coffee aficionados! This Singapore Food Festival, come along with us on a caffeinefueled journey where we’ll explore, brew and taste Singapore’s favourite beverage.

Whether it's a steaming hot plastic bag of kopi from a kopitiam stall, or a mug of cold brew in a café – we Singaporeans love their coffee. In this workshop, learn the different types of local kopi and whip up your own cold brew with locally roasted coffee beans!

A Vagabond Spice Journey by Vagabond Hotel (An Airbnb Experience)

Come join us at The Vagabond, a 1950s heritage art-deco building by award-winning French designer Jacques Garcia!

This experience brings you right into the heart of one of Singapore’s most historic neighbourhoods, where you’ll learn about local herbs and spices through a delicious gastronomic pairing of fusion cocktails and dishes.

You’ll learn to shake up two special spice-forward local cocktails exclusive to The Vagabond – Spiced Road and Charlie Chaplin, which are infused with local Singaporean herbs and spice. Alongside your exclusive Vagabond cocktails, you’ll get to enjoy a medley of local fusion delights: Milo popcorn, Hainanese chicken risotto, satay short ribs, and compressed fruit and parma rojak.

A Vegan Hawker Party by Maxwell Reserve Hotel (An Airbnb Experience)

Join us for an afternoon of conversation and connection over a decadent three-course vegan lunch! Located at the Maxwell Reserve – a 100 year old British colonial building-turned boutique hotel where top-notch hospitality meets rich historical heritage, you’ll enjoy a special dining experience of vegan hawker delights and juices.

If you ever thought vegan was boring, this experience promises to change all that! Learn how to put a delicious vegan spin on some of Singapore’s most famous hawker dishes – starting with a vegan bak kut teh stewed with our very own homemade broth, a deliciously creamy vegan laksa and a special dessert to finish. Every course comes paired with its own cold-press juice.
